Booking Policy

Hair by Joseph Anania is a small business with limited available appointments. When you book an appointment, the time is reserved specifically for you. To ensure this, we have implemented the following policies:


To secure your appointment, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount varies depending on the type of service: $100 for color service, $50 for cutting and styling service, and $150 for an extension service. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill.

Three days before your appointment, you will receive a confirmation text message. Please reply with "YES" to confirm or suggest an alternative date and time for rescheduling.

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.

To reschedule a new appointment, a new deposit will be required.

If you arrive late and there isn't enough time to complete your service, the deposit policy also applies, and a new deposit will be required for rescheduling.

No appointments will be held or booked without a paid deposit.

Any unconfirmed appointments not confirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be canceled, resulting in a loss of your deposit. Rebooking will require a new deposit and the same policy will apply.

Please understand that as a busy small business with a waiting list, these policies are in place to be fair to clients who are seeking appointments and have missed out due to last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
